The image here is a snipet from a very large curtain and clearly shows the expected month of release. Some rumors suggest the 7th, but the most common release date for every expansion is the 24th, so an exact release date isn't available yet.

Scarse details are known, and it still may not be possible to add UDE points to one's account, but it appears that Blizzard are sympathetic to their customers with unused points in their UDE accounts.

To date, [Landro's Pet Box], [Tabard of Brilliance], and [Tabard of the Arcane] are no longer available for any region and our opinion is that they are unlikely to be restocked into the UDE points program.
